Do guests need an app or account?

No. Guests scan your QR code and upload wedding photos or videos directly from their phone browser, without downloading an app or creating an account.

Is Snap the Knot a one-time payment?

Yes. Pay $19 for photos, $29 for photos and videos, or $59 for the complete package with prints and 10 free printed QR signs. There is no monthly subscription, and every package includes gallery access through one year after your wedding.

Does my year start when I pay?

No. Your paid gallery is available right away and stays available until one year after your wedding date. Buying early gives you time to collect pre-wedding memories too.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Create your wedding gallery, test the QR upload flow, and upload up to five photos before paying. You’ll go to your dashboard after creating your account and can upgrade whenever you’re ready. No credit card is required to start.

Are guest uploads unlimited?

All three paid packages include unlimited guest photo uploads. The $29 and $59 packages also include unlimited guest video uploads and a live reception photo display.

Can I move the photos to Google Photos?

Yes. Connect Google Photos and transfer every guest photo into one Google Photos album.

Can I order printed photos from my gallery?

Yes. The $59 package includes 10 premium 5×7 prints, 10 free printed QR signs, and free U.S. shipping. Additional print packages of 10, 25, 50, or 100 are also available.

Do I need to approve every guest photo?

No. Optional AI photo moderation checks new photos automatically when you enable it in Setup. Photos that pass need no action. Flagged photos are hidden from shared galleries and the Live Photo Wall until you approve them, or you can deny them and move them to Trash. Guests can upload normally either way. Checks cover photos, not videos.
